What’s New

After reading the children’s story, “The Kindness Quilt,” by Elizabeth Wallace, our Little Buddhas spent a recent Sunday morning drawing pictures of themselves engaged in random acts of kindness. Hugging, giving high fives, helping others who are in need, picking up trash, sharing cookies and taking care of animals were a few of their ideas.. They were such an inspiration.

Our sangha member Yeshe Tsewang (aka Michelle) reports from Lion's Roar Dharma Center III in San Pancho,  Jalisco, Mexico: We have a beautiful space in a palapa at El Estar, a local yoga/therapy/wellness studio. Practice is every Monday at noon.
