On July 5, 2020, therapists Colleen Wong and Lindsay Parkinson each presented. Colleen explored the inner critic, what it is, when it's a problem and what to do about it. Then Lindsay explored the idea of creating our Inner Critic in a visual representation.

All four attended Professor Jay Garfield's "Emptiness and the Mind Perceiving It" retreat hosted by Sravasti Abbey from May 9-17, 2020.

On May 24, 2020, refuge student Elizabeth Wadsworth explored the 5th Precept, which is to refrain from taking intoxicants.
On May 10, 2020, refuge student Kathy Montez explored how her career as a personal trainer has influenced her dharma practice: how does movement effect the mind? How does the mind effect movement?
Khangser Rinpoche will be joining the Buddha Dharma Study Program. Rinpoche will be teaching every other Thursday at 7:30pm PST beginning on July 16, 2020. Khangser Rinpoche will be teaching on the Philosophy of Tantra. Currently, no text is assigned. These lectures are targeted to the Buddha Dharma Study Program students, but anyone with a sincere interest is free to attend.
