n May of 2020, Yeshe Jamyang received a letter from the office of His Holiness Dalai Lama XIV in response to a letter she had previously sent on behalf of Lama Yeshe Jinpa conveying the prayers and wishes for health and well being of His Holiness from the entire Don Nga Dargey / Lion’s Roar Dharma Center membership. A transcription of the letter follows:

In September of 2018, a group of Tibetan monks led by Geshe Tsewang Dorje traveled from Ladakh, India, to create a Medicine Buddha Sand Mandala for the  well-being of the Sacramento, California, community and to support the Ngari Institute of Buddhist Dialectics in Leh Ladakh, India.
