Meditation is primarily a journey to self discovery and acceptance. We practice mindful, nonjudgmental awareness extending our warmth and openness to others. With the discovery that our goodness is indestructible, we give birth to a vision of our world as sacred and completely workable.
As a discipline, formal meditation is a form of yoga that develops calmness and clarity. This stable and balanced foundation allows the natural quality of investigation or insight to develop into panoramic awareness. Meditation is a way to discover our tender, loving hearts, our Buddha nature.
