Mindfulness is the ability to pay attention in the present moment without judgement, and with gentleness and friendliness. This meditation group is for everybody of all levels of experience and all faiths. No special knowledge or equipment is required – just bring yourself! Cushions and chairs will be provided. Donations accepted.
